  1. Payment of Fees


All payment must be made in advance. Once an appointment is made, an invoice will be emailed to you. 


       2. Cancellation policy


If you are unable to attend your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellation. Where there is less than 24 hours notice, or you fail to attend your appointment without any notice, the fee for the session will be incurred.
